I have downloaded them  from various sources on the internet and in these uncertain times it seems wise to make them available on a multitude of sites.  I would encourage anyone who feels that they are enriched by the books to purchase hard-copies if they exist. The 3 volume book cannot be purchased at this time, but I did order “The Nature of Man According to the Vedanta” and downloaded “The Notes of Atmananda” as PDF file now in my computer.       1. Dear Purushottama, It seems that you are sending copies of “Atma Darshan” and “Atma Nirvriti” around. You may be interested to know that doing this is going against the wishes of Sri Atmananda’s heirs and family. For this reason, I am requesting that this activity be stopped.

          I have posted above the take down notice and I removed the items from the website. You say “this is going against the wishes of Sri Atmananda’s heirs and family.” In light of the fact that Atma Darshan/Atma Nirvriti was published by his son who also published a book of his own teaching, I am having a hard time accepting that Atmananda or his son did not want these works to be made available. Perhaps you could provide some evidence. After all, Atmanada encouraged his students/disciples to investigate for themselves and to not take the word of someone else without verifying through their own experience.

  36. If it’s possible for someone to share copies of Atma Darshan & Atma Nivritti I’d be extremely grateful. After having been reading notes on spiritual discourses, very slowly, for a couple of months, I can’t believe that Sri Atmananda is not more well known.

    He’s so elusive, perhaps that was his wish. I’d also be happy to connect with others interested in the Truth.

It is sad that for those of us that have finally found our path and are lead towards the east leaving the west behind cannot get a copy of such GREAT works. I wonder what Atmananda Krishna Menon would have said to not having these writings available. And I wonder what praises he would have given to those who made them available for the benefit of the world?

    Can anyone direct me towards the PDF copies of Atma Darshan and Atma Nirvriti? Or if there are books available for a reasonable price, I would be happy to purchase.
