I rcently stumbled on the words of maharajji on you tube. Now it has become my major precoccupation. It is an answer to a deep prayer I have had for long. I have purchased some of his books, and any one of them is a full meditation in its self. how fortunate am I.

I WOULD CALL “I AM THAT” THE BOOK OF BOOKS. A SERIOUS AND AN EARNEST READING OF THIS BOOK WILL MAKE FURTHER READING OF ANY BOOK REDUNDANT.

I was in Bombay in 1981 and I am sorry that I did not hear about Nisargadatta at that time. His words come from the eternity of awareness and they are eternal just as love is eternal. As Nisargadatta says: “The consciousness in you and the consciousness in me, apparently two, really one, seek unity and that is love… – Circumstances and conditions rule the ignorant. The knower of reality is not compelled. The only law he obeys. . – First return to your heart of love. Nisargadatta Maharaj – I AM THAT
Conceive the truth with the greatest might lying dormant within you, and shall you not find the strength you shall suffer misfortune and succumb to the world of the irrational and the ignorant. You shall bring suffering to others and you shall suffer yourself. You shall be destroyer and the destroyed one. Ivica, 1980 (from the end of my poem Life)
