A Course in Witnessing Online Meditation Meetings

O-Meditation Sangha is a circle of friends in meditation. We have been holding weekly online A Course in Witnessing Meditation Meetings on Zoom ever since the onset of Covid-19 and we will continue with these meetings for the foreseeable future. If you would like to participate, you can find times and connecting information below.

A Course in Witnessing is a collection of 144 Meditation Programs arranged into 7 modules. Each program has two parts, Listening Meditation (Osho discourse) and Satsang Meditation. In addition to these two parts, our zoom meditation meetings include a third part, Dialog. The dialog is an opportunity for the participants to ask questions, comment or share.

Osho spent his whole life working to awaken as many individuals as possible through the practice of meditation. In addition to teaching the 112 ancient meditation techniques of the Vigyan Bhairava Tantra, Osho also devised new “active” meditation techniques designed specifically to overcome the complexities and busyness of the modern mind. Osho, however, also says that the very core of meditation is witnessing.

In A Course in Witnessing we will be exploring, in depth, that fundamental teaching of Osho’s, Witnessing. This teaching is a common thread that runs through Osho’s discourses on The Upanishads, Shiva’s Meditation Techniques, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, Zen Sutras, and the numerous discourses that Osho gave on many of the world’s spiritual traditions as well as questions asked by his friends and lovers.

“There is only one meditation in the whole world and that is the art of witnessing. It will do everything – the whole transformation of your being. It will open the doors of satyam, shivam, sundram: the truth, the godliness and the beauty of it all.”

-From Satyam Shivam Sundram, Discourse #22

If the times below are not convenient, you can receive links so that you can enjoy the listening and satsang meditations in your own time. If you would like to be added to our mailing list to receive those links, send a request to info@o-meditation.com, and we will add you to our mailing list.

If at any time you wish to be taken off the mailing list, please let us know and we will remove you immediately. You may also want to follow our blog Sat Sangha Salon and receive weekly posts. This is a separate mailing list, and you will find the link on the homepage.

Also, there is a WhatsApp community and group for those who prefer that method of communication. We will post reminders of our meditation meetings and also links from the meditation programs.

My understanding is first you join the community and here is the community invitation link.

And second you join the group within that community. Here is the group invitation link.
